Chupacabra - Allison - Second Hour

El Chupacabra, also known as “the goat sucker” in Spanish. Is this creature fact or fiction? It has been described as a three to six feet tall, bipedal creature. Most witnesses say the body is dinosaur like and the head and eyes are shaped like an aliens. It has spinal quills down its back and two short arms with three-clawed fingers. Its body is oval shaped with a long jaw and its eyes are big and red. People have claimed that the Chupacabra hops like a kangaroo and smells of sulfur. Even though many people claim to have seen this creature I do not believe most of what anyone says about the Chupacabra.

The Chupacabra was first spotted in Puerto Rico in 1994. It is sad that the Chupacabra has migrated off the island and has recently been spotted in South America and the US. Many people believe that it is a new species and others think it is some sort of dinosaur or even an alien. The Chupacabra has caused so much confusion and fear to many people. In the small town of Canovanas, a community about thirty miles east of San Juan, it is reported that over one hundred animals have been killed by this mysterious creature. There have been dozens of witnesses but no one has ever caught the Chupacabra.

There are so many nonbelievers and skeptics when it comes to the Chupacabra. People have claimed to have found the creature and have taken pictures. But all the pictures are very different from each other. Most pictures of the Chupacabra look like a dead dog. There are no real facts that exist that this creature is real and kills all these animals. There have been no reported attacks on humans. Only the animals have been the ones killed. Also, when people make up fake pictures and videos it makes everything so much harder to believe. I believe that there is an animal out there causing some of the problems people are having but I am sure that if the Chupacabra does exists it looks nothing like people make it out to be.

Even though many people claim to have seen this creature I do not believe most of what anyone says about the Chupacabra. I can not believe that this creature is real until we get some real, scientific facts about this animal. Some farmers claim that they have found their live stock or chickens dead on the ground with one small puncture wound in the neck. All the blood would be sucked out of these animals and sometimes hand no organs left inside them. I don’t think that it is possible for an animal to do something like that. There is no real proof of the Chupacabra so until there is I do not believe.
